Through careful planning, all our containers are organised to produce maximum productivity per square foot. This system is scalable to any size requirement, for novice, enthusiast or professional level users.  It allows easy transportation when relocating and the process is plug n’ play when the contents is secured prior to moving.

Cost Effective

The good choice for production cost reduction is in the strategic use of existing equipment fans. However! Should a client require extra cooling installed, Bestsource through prior consultation can install extra cooling during the build process.

Ventilation

Should a container require an upgraded ventilation system, the best location of the system based on the overall use of the container will be deployed. There are 3 standard ways of ventilating a container, building or basement facility which are:

  • PUSH: Move cool, filtered air into a defined space
  • PULL: Pull or draw-out hot air from a space
  • PUSH | PULL: Move cool, filtered air in while pulling hot air out of the same space

Mining equipment generally come with information about the heat output. Based on the configuration of a facility | farm, calculations are made to install a cost effective, optimised air-flow ventilation system.

Getting More

For international clients looking to get more out of their investment, Bestsource can look at the location of a container and offer further cost reduction measures to help fortify a ‘Return on Investment’.

For example: In North America, temperatures can plummet to an average of -6.8 degrees Celsius. While this temperature is welcomed by the equipment inside a container, the hot air produced could be redirected into an adjoining building such as the home, office or workshop which could help towards reducing energy consumption during the cold months.

During the summer months, the air can be directed to assist in moisture removal such as conditioning and curing foods from fruit, vegetables and aging certain types of meat or fish.
